Bishop Joensen invites all to a bilingual Prayer Vigil on Sunday, September 6 at 3 pm at St. Anthony’s Grotto to pray for all individuals and families who will soon lose their Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The countries affected by the loss of TPS are El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti, Lebanon, Ukraine, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Burma, Myanmar, Yemen, Ethiopia, Nepal, Afghanistan, and Cameroon. Please join us in prayer, hope, and solidarity, as we place in God’s hands all those facing the uncertainty losing this protection.

On May 30th, 25 of our youth celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Most Reverend Bishop Joensen anointed the candidates, sealing them with the gift of the Holy Spirit, which perfects the grace of Baptism, and fully initiates them into the life of the Church. Congratulations!
